JAMES SANNA - PRESIDENT / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
James is one of the most prolific producers working in live entertainment today.
Prior to founding Running Subway in 2004, Sanna was the Executive Producer at Radio City Entertainment overseeing several top grossing productions including The Radio City Christmas Spectacular in twelve markets nationwide, and A Christmas Carol - The Musical and a number of major network television specials. Sanna was responsible for presenting over 100 shows at Radio City, Madison Square Garden and Broadway.
JOSHUA ROSENBLUM - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT / PRODUCER
With over 20 years of Broadway production experience, Joshua is one of the most well respected producers in the industry.
Prior to joining Running Subway, Joshua headed the Broadway and National Touring production team at Radio City Entertainment. Before that, he worked on and developed an impressive cadre of shows for Dodgers productions including some of Broadway's biggest hits. Joshua also spent a year developing film and theatrical projects with eight-time Academy Award winning composer, Alan Menken.
TOM TRAVER - CFO
Tom is a well-rounded finance executive who for the last 13 years has worked in various segments of the entertainment industry in New York City. In his most recent role, as Financial Controller for GSE Worldwide, Tom oversaw and managed all aspects of accounting and finance. Prior to that Tom held a variety of finance and accounting related positions at Legends, ranging from lead roles at their corporate office and Yankee Stadium to the conception and launch of One World Observatory – one of the top twenty tourist attractions in NYC. Tom began his corporate finance career at Metrovision Production Group.
JIM ARNEMANN - DIRECTOR
Jim has enjoyed a long career in the management of large public venues and entertainment and event production. His vast experience includes Broadway, touring shows, large concert and television specials, major league sporting events and family entertainment. As VP, Operations and Event Production at Madison Square Garden, Jim oversaw over 500 events annually including concerts and television special, sporting events , touring shows and family entertainment. Prior to DTS, Jim opened the Sports Museum of America and served as VP, Operations for the Museum of the City of New York.
Kenneth has been a board member of Running Subway since its startup in 2004.
He is a partner at SCP Worldwide. SCP owns sports, media and entertainment properties, including the St. Louis Blues Hockey Club, Real Salt Lake of Major League Soccer, and an ownership position in Running Subway. While serving in his previous position as Senior Counsel at the law firm of Sidley Austin Brown & Wood, Munoz worked with James Sanna and SCP in creating Running Subway, LLC.
Before joining Sidley in 2002, Mr. Munoz capped a twenty-four year career at Madison Square Garden with a sixteen-year run as Executive Vice President, Business Affairs and General Counsel. Some of his credits include MSG's 1997 acquisition of Radio City Productions, negotiating MSG's unprecedented contract to telecast New York Yankees games, helping to establish the New York Liberty WNBA franchise, and expanding MSG entertainment programming businesses.
Steven is a partner at Blue 9 Capital, a New York City based private equity firm with extensive experience and expertise in small middle-market company investments. He is also a co-founder of SeaCap Ventures and the president of Instar Captial. Since 1985, Steven has directed and managed numerous acquisitions and restructuring for Instar and other affiliated investment groups. Through Instar and related investment vehicles, Steven holds controlling interests in several entities including Ebonite International, a sporting goods company, Telepartner International, a wireless and networking company, Kahunaville, a chain of theme restaurants, Evenstar Productions, an independent film and theatrical production company, and Tuttson Capital Corp., an investment firm. Steven holds a board seat in each of the above companies.
Steven is also on the advisory boards of Hirtle, Callaghan, an investment advisory firm with $5 billion in assets under management, LLR Equity, a $260 million private equity fund, Performance, Inc., an internet, mail order and retailer of bicycles and accessories, and the Tuttleman Family Foundation, a charitable foundation.
Steven is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Law School of New York University.
Allen is a partner at Blue 9 Capital, a New York City based private equity firm with extensive experience and expertise in small middle-market company investments, and a co-founder of SeaCap Ventures. Prior to SeaCap ventures, Allen was Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions at The Prudential Insurance Company of America where he managed and closed buy and sell side transactions for the company. Prior to joining Prudential, Allen was a Vice President at Highland Capital Associates, a private equity buyout group, in New York City. At Highland, Allen was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, structuring and negotiating transactions and working closely with portfolio companies.
Allen has also held positions in division of PepsiCo, Inc. that imported Stolichnaya vodka into the U.S., in the production operations department at CBS Inc. and was a management consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc.
Allen has an MBA from Columbia University and graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont.
