Venue Operation
Running Subway has extensive experience in creating and opening live entertainment venues across the country. Running Subway has opened four unique venues in New York including Bodies at the South Street Seaport, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Annex and the exhibition center Discovery Times Square.

General Management
Running Subway manages all of our entertainment properties by applying optimization strategies and programs through discipline, innovation and analysis to maximize the return on a project. As General Managers, we develop and oversee production budgets, hire and supervise staff, negotiate all contracts and provide reporting and analysis.

Marketing
Running Subway utilizes marketing strategies to promote and enable entertainment brands to discover new paths for growth. By maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and focusing on strengthening the relationship between brand and consumer, Running Subway's marketing team strives to implement compelling and results-driven advertising, promotions and communication campaigns.
